When I was 40 and suddenly single the idiot husband of a girl I worked with tried to set me up with a 19 year old. He didn't tell me the kid was 19. So I get to the softball game (where we were introduced, there was a picnic after where we were supposed to get to know each other, LOL) and not only was he 19--he looked an awful lot like my son! Gross! (well, my son is cute, but you know what I mean) Corin was 16 at the time, Kayly was 20. I don't know what this friend's hubby was thinking (well--yeah I do, LOL--probably that I needed to get laid and since a woman's sexual peak is so much later than a guys' it would be a perfect match, LOL--typical male). Suffice it to say that we did NOT go out on a date--he DID walk me to the car and seemed to expect a KISS, LOL. I gave him a Mom-type hug. Poor little thing probably thought he was gonna get lucky with a "more experience" lady, LOL.

Also, when I was divorced the first time I was 28 and friends fixed me up on a blind date with a cute 19 year old--nice, cute, but not a thing in common. Handshake at the door.
