Hi Jany,

Some of the dollar stores have those long handle sponges. Also, something

else that may help to relieve the itching is taking a warm bath and put about a

cup of soda in the water. The water will feel like silk. If you have any

essential oils, you may want to use a couple of drops mixed in the soda.

Hi Tam

I realized I should have said baking soda after I sent the message.

Please forgive me this time. LOL It has been a long, tiring day.

Now there is a good idea..A bath and baking soda.

I have lots of essential oils as I make homemade bath soap

from scratch. Think I will give it a shot........And also the dollar

store for a long handled doo hickey!

I saw a thing at Wal-Mart once that was made specifically for putting lotion on

back. It had a sponge-y pad at the end and folded up like a carpenter's ruler.
