Source: Good Carbs, Bad Carbs 100-Calorie Snacks 1 Quaker chewy granola bar 18 Teddy Grahams 1 1/2 graham-cracker sheets 11 sourdough pretzel nuggets 28 pistachios 8 walnut halves 22 dry-roasted peanuts 29 cherries 1 1/4 cups blueberries 1 3/4 cups grapes 8 oz. skim or 1% milk 6-8 oz. light yogurt 1 pear 1 1/2 cups honeydew 17 small baked tortilla chips and 1/4 cup refrigerated salsa 1/2 cup soft-serve frozen yogurt 1/2 cup ice milk 1/8 slice avocado and 3 Ry-Krisp crackers 1 oz. part-skim mozzarella and 1 Wasa bread Friends, are the family you choose!
