Guest guest
the shoes sounds like something I need. What kind do you buy and what are the particulars? I have a lot of trips, but making it look graceful is the challange. It seams like I have glue on the toe part of my shoe. My legs move, but my feet stay behind. Burber and store carpets are the worst for me. Thanks for your help, Donna > I want to pass on a long overdue thanks to ! !. If it hadn't been for her suggestion about getting super flexible walking shoes and having them half - soled, with leather, I would still be in one heck of a mess. I am a shuffler with slight toe drop. The perfect candidate for tripping and going down face first with some ER room type damage. I think I can match my early fall record (4- 5per day), with most of the heavy hitters here on FRIENDS.. With the leather half soles I have almost eliminated the tripping, whether I am using a cane, walker or no walking aids at all. > > A Belated Merry Xmas and Happy New year to you all! > > and ken Auer > > > >
Guest guest
What a great idea that is. I too am a shuffler and becoming more of a foot dragger so I will definitely look into the idea of leather soled on the toe. All these hints are great and surely help us to make our lives as easy as is possible. Thanks again and a very Happy New Year to you all.
