Why do I wake up with hypoT

symptoms almost every morning? Is that because my adrenals are still week or is

that because I'm not yet taking enough T3 (80mcg). I feel better after the 2

doses of T3 for the day. Why is that?

Do you take a bedtime dose? Maybe you shoudl take more at bedtime. I

often take 50mcg at bedtime and find that really helps me wake feelign

good.

I take 20mcg (last does of 80mcg /day).....I will try to take more....how much

more should I take?

try first 30mcg if that still doesn not get it, go to 40mcg.
