Guest guest
I am not sleeping well at night anymore and the last time I took hc at bedtime, I was up all night. My temps seem to hovering around 98.6. Sometimes even going up to 99.1! It may start out a little low in the morning but it gets up to 98.6 by 9am. Except yesterday when the heart-pounding got so bad in the afternoon, I got up and drank some salt water and felt better almost immediately! My temp dropped to 97.4 but quickly recovered back up to 98.5. I am just so confused. I'm tired and wired at the same time. I just don't feel well. I tried some more sea salt this morning but didn't notice anything. I really don't understand why I feel this bad on hc. my chest is hot most of the time and my heart rate is up. Should I stop the hc? Should I try more sea salt? > > >>I have noticed that my heart racing happens a lot in the morning. Does > that mean anything?<< > > Possibly you need a bedtime dose of HC or if already taking one increase it a bit so you do not run out till your AM dose. >
Guest guest
How are you dosing your HC? And how long at that dose? -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://www.seewell4less.com/Valspage.htm Medical Alert Bracelets
Guest guest
Thanks! I will start the 7.5 in the morning. Have you seen other people that have had a racing heart pretty much all day get better once they got to around the 20mg mark on hc? My heart rate scares me and I've been nervous about raising. > > 5, 5, 2.5, 1.25 from here I would add 2.5mg to the first dose so you have a better rythym. I fear you are simply too low whit HC. I have not seen too many people that do well whit less than 20MG a day. > > -- > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ > http://www.seewell4less.com/Valspage.htm Medical Alert Bracelets >
Guest guest
Low cortisol can cause the higher heart rate as whne your adrenals are runnign out of cortisol they dump out adrenaline in stead. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
>>Anyway, could low cortisol have caused the hypoglycemic edisodes in the first place? Because back then I didn't know how to dose properly and never took an evening dose. Now that I split my doses up better, this doesn't happen to me anymore.<< Yes low cortisol causes this. Cortisol causes the liver to release glucose into the blood stream so we do nto get hypoglycemic between meqls, btu too low cortisol means not enough glucose so when low in cortisol you need to eat more often and foods that eo not trigger a huge insulin release liek sweets adn carbs. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
>>Oh, Ok! I will do that then. What do think about raising my dose from 7.5, 7.5, 5, 2.5, 2.5?<< That should be fine, if it works! LOL It is a good rythym to try. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://www.seewell4less.com/Valspage.htm Medical Alert Bracelets
