Mestinon (used for treating myasthenia gravis).

Hi,

The patient has myasthenia gravis. He was on prednisone but is now taking

Imuran and S/L masnon.

Patient has migraines

Phenergan 25 mg per ml POL gel, apply 1 cc to the wrist q.4h. p.r.n.

nausea and vomiting.

Would this be correct and what does POL stand for?

Doc says:

She was initially placed on diltiazem and aspirin, but had recurrent episodes

of palpitations as well as an exercise tolerance test, which demonstrated

limited exercise tolerance. She was admitted March 26,2001, for initiation

of s/l " acertolol "

I checked my drug book and rxlist, but cannot come up with anything close.
