Guest guest
I've been doing some research. How is potassium gluconate different than potassium chloride powder? I found some info. that said gluconate is better because it is alkaline and many people with a potassium deficiency are more acidic. Alkaline blood helps cell uptake of potassium. Where do I get potassium gluconate?
