Apparently she had basal cells removed years ago, and now the biopsy result is melanoma. Her past report indicates it is a 's level III depth of invasion, and so we need to do a wider excision. At the same time they would like to do contrasting tracers to see if there is any progression of XXX(s/l...Mets) to her sentinel node, and at that time we would have to go inside and do surgery.
