Me too :) I got Bigelow brand, plain, but I would never drink it plain (yuk)! I use my Davinci syrups in it (english toffee--yummm!). I think it's a nice warm me up and no carbs like my hot chocolate has.

Okay everyone -- confession time -- raise your hand if you went out and

bought green tea yesterday!

Yes, my hand is raised. I bought Lipton green tea (orange, passionfruit

& jasmine). I hope I like it! How many cups a day should I drink?

I didn't buy it yet, but it's on my list for shopping tomorrow (I have 5

children, take turns taking them out for lunch and running errands

:)

Hi Rhonda, Good for you! The stuff is good for you! I drink (at least) two

cups a day. I grew up in Hawaii, and it was served automatically at every

Chinese restaurant there. I guess I developed a taste for it, but some of

the other listmembers say it is not very tasty. If you want you could add a

touch of A.S. to it, but I saw a warning posted to one of the low-carb

groups, that said not to add milk to it, or eat cheese within a half hour of

drinking it, or it would defeat it's benefits. There must be something to

green tea, because the Chinese are big eaters, but never seem to have much

of a problem with weight. In fact my first job in Hawaii was in a Chinese

restaurant, and the workers there drank it like the Americans drink coffee!

:)

So it is like Chinese restaurant tea? GREAT! I loved that stuff, used to

always order it, now they mostly serve regular tea in the Chinese

restaurants here, I'm definitely going to find it tomorrow, YUM.
