Guest guest Posted June 28, 2007 Report Share Posted June 28, 2007 Every day I take niacin, vitamin B3 in the theraputic dose range. I take 1000 mg twice per day. I also take a vitamin B complex, which contains all of the vitamin B's and it also contains vitamin C 500 mg. I take two of these tablets each day. They are to help lower my homocysteine levels and my CRP levels. All of the aforementioned vitamins are all water soluable vitamins. This means that the vitamins not needed and not used in the body are excreted in the urine. The cost of these daily vitamins for me is around 20-25 cents per day total. I feel that all diabetics should be on a daily regimen of the vitamins I take. They only need to take these vitamins for as long as they live. If they do, they will probably be living an extra ten or twenty years. vitamines Hello all: I would appreciate hearing from you guys what vitamines you are taking which are none prescribe by a doctor.
