Occaisionally I'll have a bottle of diet snapple, raspberry is my fav. I haven't been a soda, diet or otherwise, in years. About the only time I'll drink soda is at a party and then it's diet. Of course I am a big coffee drinker in the morning, no sugar, just skim milk. Kathy type 2, diagnosed May '
Guest guest
Haven't heard of Fruit 20. Does it have aspartame in it? > >>Some of problems are definitely included. Guest guest
I'm a soda-holic. I actually go through withdrawal (bad headaches) if I've let myself go and get use to drinking soda. What I'm finding is that I like the carbonation in the soda more than the taste of the soda. So I've switched to " Talking Rain " carbonated water. It does the trick for me. Now I do the diet soda when we go out to eat and have cut way way back on the soda at home. I still have it and have it once in a while, but the " Talking Rain " seems to help me right now. Don't know if it would help you out, but it's a suggestion. _____ From: katkiley@... Guest guest
I haven't heard of Talking Rain. I do like the carbonation too. Looks like I need to start reading more labels as if I don't have enough to read already. LOL I generally buy 2-3 Diet Mountain Dews when I am out working but I my only drink about half of each. It doesn't take too long for them to get hot sitting in the car if I have to park in the sun and I mostly just sip on them. > I'm a soda-holic. Guest guest
Joyce asked:>>Haven't heard of Fruit 20. Does it have aspartame in it? Known as Fruit 2-0 (as in H 2 0) it is a flavored water. Ingredients (from the label) are: spring water, natural flavor, citric acid, sodium benzonate and potassium sorbate (for freshness) and sucralose. It comes in a nember of flavors. My favorite is lemon and raspberry. They also have peach, grape and strawbery. I am sure there are others but I can't think of them. Hope this helps.
