I am so sorry to hear about your dad and what you have been through with him I am sorry i just don't know what to say to you i am like sandra i am at lost for words here. Hi , No, My dad has never shown any remorse. And

when it all finally came out; he lied and convinced the rest

of the family that I lied. Needless to say that it caused a major

rift between me and my family. But when I looked at him in that hospital

bed; it all seemed not to matter as much. It does still matter, just not as

much. The Lord and I are working through all of this. So I know that

it will be ok.

I sent a post earlier but it didn't go through. I've beenMIA since Friday night. My dad went into congestive heart failureand coded( heart and breathing stopped) but they were able to bring him back.I haven't been back home long. Been staying at the hospital. He is doingalot better and they moved him to a regular room this morning.I'm really having a tuff time with this. I was sexually abused manytimes as a child and my dad was the abuser. I held such hate and resentmentall these years. But when I saw him lying there in the hospital;all I could see was a very fragile, very sick old man. Not the evil eyesof my abuser. Even with all he has done to me; I always knew that I still loved him. But I didn't realize just how much until I almost lost him.My emotions are all mixed up right now.
