We are now going to choose betweeen PT advantage and Theraoffice. Systems4PT was the best, but more than twice these prices. WebPT - web based 49 + 49 + 20 = $120 a mth. $495 start up fee. say $1700 for first year and then $141 a mth for one PT first year, then $120 mth for one PT. $2040 a year for 2 therapists is $170 mth. Theraoffice $2450 for first year. $204 per month then $441 service fee per year = $37 month. 2 PT's = $2450 + 882 = $278 per month or lease for seoond PT = $98 per month + 74 = $160 or may have $725 set up fee. Advantage software $3765 + 6 mths of service fee at $600 = $363 per month first year, can pay for 12 mths then pay off balance. $100 mth after first year. 3 YEARS 1 years with 1 therapist, then 2 years with 2 PT web pt = $1700 ($141 mth) + 4080 ($170 mth) = $5780 theraoffice: $2450 ($204 mth) + $3332 + 882 = $6664 ($180 mth for 3 yrs) Advantage software: $4365 + $1200 + $1200 = $6765 5 YEARS web PT 1 yr with one PT, then 4 yrs with 2 PT = $9660 theraoffice: 6664 + 882 + 882 = $8428 advantage: 6765 + 1200 + 1200 = 9165 > > Dear Listserve, > Does anyone have any experience with webPT.com? > > Thank you, > D.
