After explanting can I still breastfeed my next child?

Even with a lift if deemed needed?

Fat transfer if deemed needed?

I called my implant surgeon for a consult and the lady said they cant

do fat transfer the fat needs blood flow and will just die?

This will be the last time I get cut into for beauty and I want a doc

who has many options in case neccessary to get back as close to me as

possible.
