Guest guest
Thanks to all of you for your suggestions on the hot dog buns. I have been wrapping foil around a butter dish lid that is a pretty good shape and then putting all the foil forms in a pyrex dish, spraying with pam and cooking them. It works o.k. but I find the foil routine takes me forever and while they behave well they really aren’t very “professional” looking. (My kids clearly like it better if things look good as well as taste good). That is why I have been debating the pan from bakerscatalogue. I like the idea of filling a Ziploc and squeezing it out onto the pan. In the past I tried to spread the dough on the pans with no form and they were pretty wobbly! I think the bag method would make them more consistent in shape. I will try it! Thanks again for all your ideas! Becky
