I will assume that you want folks who have / or have had children who were

appropriately

mainstreamed. JD was mainstreamed, but didn't receive any support services from

the

school. Anyway, if you want info from that point of view, please let me know

Hello..

I was on maintenance and decided to go back to phase 1, as I put on 8 pounds and cannot take it off. No reason to put weight on, as I was not careless with eating, did not change anything. Very frustrated. I was on maintenance for a long time with no problem and then the weight went back on.

Here is my food intake for today.I always follow what I plan to eat during day. Have not had supper as of yet Please review and any advice would be helpful. It has been a long time since I have been on phase 1.

I walk every day , 7 days a week. Up at 5:30AM and go to bed at 11:00.

Allergic to most dairy. Nutritionist said was ok to have plain soy products

Breakfast. Decaf. coffee, with silk soy creamer, and sf davinci syrup, egg white omelet with broccoli

Snack. celery with hummus

Lunch( usually take to work leftover from night before) casserole made with 98% ground white turkey, 1 tbsp. olive oil, tomatoes, zucchini, garlic, oregano and basil, side dish or kale. SF jello herbal tea with stevia sweetener

Snack. Soy mozzarella stick, diet cola with splenda

64 oz. of water during day

Shake with decaf coffee, soy splenda soy milk, Davinci sf syrup

Supper will be baked talapia, with herbs and sprayed with Pam, spaghetti squash and side salad with Walden Farms SF FF dressing

Dessert. Ricotta dessert.

Sorry to be so long.
