Guest guest
Krista, Yep! . . . sugar can do that . .. Load up with probiotics to offset the sudden fungal overgrowth and you should soon start feeling better. I can't understand our love affair with sugar - unless it's induced by fungal problems. . . There are so many good foods that could be eaten instead. Raw veggie plates are tops! Hugs, Rogene

Guest guest
Dede, I don't eat much beef, but I don't have any problem. I eat free range beef, no hormones, no antibiotics. I eat small amounts of pork also, no problem with that either. I think different people have different reactions to many things, some say tomatoes cause their arthritis to become worse. Any plant in the same family as tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, etc. have a reputation for worsening arthritis. I cannot eat large amounts of any meat anymore, just very small portions. Maybe it is age. Guest guest
Krista, By the time you get the fungal issues under control, you won't crave sweets any more. . . . Mentally visualize "POISON" on every sweet treat you seel . . . If you're serving, add a plate of raw veggies and dip . . . Look for spicy treats . . . And, if you should eat something sweet, up your probiotics for a few days. After eating sweets and feeling bad a few times, they will definitely lose their appeal. You'll want to tell everyone you see pigging out on sweets that they probably have a fungal problem that needs attention! The only safe "artifical" sweetener is Stevia. . . You're not likely to find sweets made with it on the grocery store shelf. Given the choice of sugar or artificial sweeteners, I'd chose sugar, then deal with the consequences through probiotics.
