Her first two exercise videos are the only ones I have had but the are GREAT because she teaches you how to modify the exercise for YOUR level of fitness. I am sure you can get these fairly cheap on eBay or Amazon. IMHO Powter rocks! She was a overweight mama and her husband left her .She picked herself up with 2 babies and started walking around the block and started eating correctly.
