Guest guest
Hi PH, I attended a seminar where she spoke in Dallas some time ago. Lousie Hay really is inspirational! . . I'm not sure if the book you're talking about is the one I read. . What I found disturbing in the book I read is that she didn't warn women about breast implants. I tried to tell her when I met her - but I don't know that she's telling women any different now. Would you check to see if mentions breast implants? The book I read mentioned them - but she could best be described as neutral in that book. Rogeneperfecthealth68 <perfecthealth68@...> wrote: Hi All,Last week during my craniosacral therapy session, my therapist recommended the book "You Can Heal Your Life" by Louise L. Hay. She thinks parasites/fungus/yeast thrive in acidic blood caused by acidic food as well as acidic thoughts like regret, resentment, fear and anger.I bought the book, and all I can say is WOW! It is so powerful in how our thoughts and fears contribute to illness and progress. The author suffered mental, physical and emotional abuse which led to cancer. She recovered completely within 6 months (without drugs or treatment) by replacing her thought patterns with things like:"I love and approve of myself. Guest guest
PH ~ I am happy your tests came out ok, that is great ! These days doctors are clueless ! Once they get their degrees, they let their brains shut down, and let drug companies, and insurance companies run a business for them so they can all become rich at the publics expense. It is sad that the medical field is so rich and has everything it needs to be the smartest and best in the world, but they choose to be clueless......... Have you tested thru the canary club the saliva tests? Very informative tests ! Be real careful doing all the colonics and clenses. You dont want to overkill. Do you go potty regularly? At least once a day? Are you taking minerals and re-plenishing your system with organisms? I am sorry you are feeling bad lately and having all the neuro symptoms. Those are scarey ! What are your eyes doing, can you explain? and your brain, is it brain fog, or memory problems? Can you describe that too? In my meditation, I use alot of imaginary and visualization too. I am very fortunate to have always been very visual, so it is easy for me to be creative in my mind. The breathing part, I focus on in the beginning and off and on during the meditation. I use it to slow me down and to slow my mind and body down. I very slowly breath in my nose, and blow very slowly out my mouth a few times, then I visualize my healthy self sitting there breathing slowly, in my nose and out my mouth. Then I say a little ritual, I put together from different things I have read. Starting with a prayer and a clensing, and thanks, and I ask that all negative stay away from me and my personal space. Then I imagine myself very vibrant and healthy and I imagine myself in one of my favorite places, I use my imagination to make it real, as real as I can, where I can see things, feel them, hear them, just use all my senses, and I relax and enjoy the wellness and peace, and warmth. Sometimes when I just want to relax and not do a full meditation, I just breathe, and while I breathe in, I imagine that I am breathing in Gods love and warmth, and as I release that breath, I am pushing that love and warmth thru my body.........it is very relaxing. I hope this helps you ! I posted the Silva Method, check it out it is what helped me the most ! ! Hugs, prayers and lots of Hope ! Dede Get a sneak peek of the all-new AOL.com. Guest guest
Hi Dede, I'm feeling better...thanks for asking. This past week was pretty rough. I had an ERG and VEP eye exam followed by an MRI brain scan which all fortunately came back normal!! A huge relief/blessing in one sense, yet confusing because it doesn't explain why it seems as if my brain isn't working right and my eyes do strange things. I have many symptoms of MS but it has been ruled out, thank goodness. Every doctor I've seen either blankly stares at me or gives me a look of nonsense when I mention I have an MSH of 8, indicating neurotoxins. None of them have heard of the test or seem interested in investigating it. So, I realize I am going to have to take this in my own hands because I know my body better than anyone. I am going to continue detoxing and trying to address the fungal issue. I think that's the hardest. I don't mind detoxing but I'm unsure how to address the fungus and my symptoms seem to be increasing. Am going to start a colon cleanse called Paranix tomorrow that is supposed to take care of all parasites and fungi. Good for you with your meditating! I've tried it but sometimes have difficulty maintaining it, especially if I try to focus on the breath. How do you do it? In Louise Hay's book, she recommends just being quiet and asking, " What is it that I need to know? " I've only tried it twice but it seems helpful. Have a blessed day. - PH > > Hello PH ~ > I have been wondering where you were and how you are...... > That book must be wonderful ! The mind is amazing > isnt it? Guest guest
Hi Rogene, You're right about her not mentioning the implants. I have the older edition ('87) and am not sure if she mentions them in the newer editions. What she says about breast problems is that they could possibly occur from a refusal to nourish the self, putting everyone else first, being overbearing and overprotective. The new thought pattern she recommends is "I am important. I count. I now care for and nourish myself with love and with joy. I allow others the freedom to be who they are. We are all safe and free." What was interesting for me is that 2 ND's have told me the left side of my body is "off" or unbalanced energy-wise. I had a root canal on my left side, my left implant was degraded and I wake up numb on my left side. Louise says the left side of the body represents feminine energy, relationships with women, the mother. Interestingly, Dr. Kolb said most of her patients have left-sided problems with their body versus right. The new thought pattern Louise recommends is "My feminine energy is beautifully balanced." - PH > Hi All,> > Last week during my craniosacral therapy session, my therapist > recommended the book "You Can Heal Your Life" by Louise L. Guest guest
Interesting PH . . . Left side/right side, that is. My problem side was my left side as well. I'm curious about, when doctor implant, which side they usually start on? One plastic surgeon said that the starting side was the side that usually exhibited problems first. . He thought the talc they used to use when making surgical gloves caused the problem . . . He did an exhaustive history of his patients to reach this conclusion. . . I hope she is better informed about breast implants now because she is someone who women tend to respect. She could have an enormous influence on whether or not women got implants if she would speak out. Guest guest
PH, Putting good organisms back in your body is essential so your body will eventually be able to offset fungal organisms. Fungal organisms are a "normal" part of the body flora. . . When we're healthy, our body has the resouces to keep them under control. When our immune system is suppressed, taken antibiotics or steroids, etc., the good organism are reduced while the more stubborn fungal organisms thrive. So keep in mind . . . Reducing fungal organism is Step One. Rebuilding the good organisms is Step Two. . . You can use probiotics, Kefir, organic sauerkraut, organic foods, etc. I've had really good results with Garden of Life's Primal Defense. Guest guest
Hi Dede, No, I haven't tested through the Canary Club. Basically everything checks out normal except high mercury in a hair analysis, high cortisol through saliva tests, and a low MSH blood test, revealing neurotoxins. I also had a live blood cell analysis that indicated yeast and parasites but every doctor I've seen said that if I truly had a systemic parasite/yeast/fungal problem, I would be in the hospital with a 103 degree fever. I now understand why most of the women on here are getting their own testing and treating themselves. As far as the cleanses, I am doing one coffee enema a day, an ionic foot bath/rife machine once or twice a week, and once a week I do either a lymphatic massage or far infared sauna. I try to alternate days so that I detox one day and then rest the next. Do you think that's too much? I have no idea! I also have a cold laser treatment on my abdomen by my chiropractor for parasites once a week. Yes, I go potty regularly, 2-3 times a day but it's not much since the coffee enema takes care of most of it. I've been good about replenishing with minerals and I also drink a glass of glutithione powder w/ Vit C and Alpha Lipoic Acid daily. I'm happy to say my vision has improved tremendously in rather a short time. Before explant (4 mos ago) I had blurry vision which lasted until a few weeks ago. I also lost some peripheral vision which slowly returned. I was diagnosed w/ high intraocular pressure but am taking eye drops for it. Sometimes my eyes wouldn't line up together and other strange occurences. The month following explant my vision was so poor I couldn't drive, let alone see three feet in front of me. I am truly blessed it has all returned and am hopeful the brain stuff will resolve as well. As far as my brain, I can't explain it other than I just don't feel right. Sort of like I'm drunk, dulled and slowed. Sometimes it feels like cobwebs, other times pressure, and most of the time headaches. Sometimes it feels like an out of body experience or distant feeling. Doctors are acting as if it's all in my head but I don't believe I could cause myself to be anemic, drop to 88 pounds, have swollen lymph nodes, glaucoma-like and MS-like symptoms. Why would I do that anyway, particularly when at the time I had everything I had always wished for in life. Seriously, right before I became ill I was on top of the world and thanking God daily for it. So, it is what it is right now but we are going to conquer this!!! Thank you for sharing all your wonderful advice on how to meditate. I especially liked the one you do with God's love. Just reading it made me relax. Like you, I have always been very visual too. I'm going to use your suggestions tonight and I'm also going to take a closer look at the Silva Method. Thanks again. -PH > > PH ~ > I am happy your tests came out ok, that is great ! > These days doctors are clueless ! Guest guest
Thanks for the info, Rogene. I like the Primal Defense too. My problem is that I'm not much of a cook and so I have not yet tried the kefir or sauerkraut. I've read that commercial kefir is not as beneficial so I need to break down and get over my dislike of cooking. What about commercial sauerkraut? I saw a jar of organic kraut at Whole Foods. Do you think it's still better to make it at home? Also, I realize you had silicone but am wondering how long it took you to recover? Thanks. - PH > > PH, > > Putting good organisms back in your body is essential so your body will eventually be able to offset fungal organisms. > > Fungal organisms are a " normal " part of the body flora. . . Guest guest
Rogene, Thanks for your comforting words. It seems like every time I feel fearful, you write back with encouragement and support, giving me strength and assurance that I'm heading down the right path. You're right that I need patience. I just never imagined I'd have to be this patient considering I always bounced back from surgeries within weeks and rarely even get a cold. You offer so much to all of us through your own experience and I'm grateful for your generosity and willingness to share such valuable information. - PH > > > > PH ~ > > I am happy your tests came out ok, that is great ! > > These days doctors are clueless ! Guest guest
Yes, Dede, my saliva tests were taken 4 times during the day and my cortisol was very high at all times. I am hoping that part of it was due to the stress of the surgery and the week following when they were taken. My 24 hour free cortisol urine test came back normal but I realize that it's not the most accurate test. I need to look into it further, especially in light of what you have gone through....Wow, I am amazed with all you have experienced. I can tell you are a fighter and your determination/visualization/faith in God/personal strength will carry you through. You are an inspiration for all. Yes, I like you, could eat anything I wanted and never gain weight. My husband even nicknamed me " Tapey " and kidded I must have a tapeworm because I could eat twice as much as he and not gain an ounce. I thought it was a blessing of high metabolism but I now wonder if the reason I didn't gain was because of the parasites eating all my nutrients. Guess his nickname wasn't far from the truth! Right now I eat much less than I used to mostly because I have little appetite. I force myself to eat every couple hours to maintain energy. I love Goatein with coconut milk and SuperSeed for breakfast. I'd love to do eggs but have a sensitivity. For lunch and dinner I have a huge salad w/ nuts or chicken or bison. In between I have vegetable juice I make. Everything is organic. I stay away from fish due to my mercury level. Occasionally I have oats or tortilla chips w/ guacamole but try to limit it because I've read both may not be good for the fungus. I don't drink anything other than Pau D'Arco tea or Penta water. I really miss wine, cheese, chocolate and pizza but I miss my health more. What about you...what do you eat? As far as sleep, looking back my sleep pattern changed after implants in that I would resist going to bed until 11 or 12 even though I was tired. I'd then sleep until 3 or 4 when I would wake and not be able to get back to bed. Based on what I've read, that's the cortisol wreaking havoc. Since taking a supplement with a small dose of melatonin and St. 's Wort, I am sleeping sounder from 9 on but I still wake about 4:30. I'm confident that will change as I rid my body of these toxins! Hang in there, Dede and thanks again for all you've given me. - PH > > PH ~ > On your saliva tests, did they test am, noon, evening , and night time? > I can tell you for me, a couple years before my heart went out, I got really > skinny, then the summer before, I got down to 89 I believe was my skinniest. > I could eat circles around anyone. I hope to be able to continue until the world knows that breast implants are terribly dangerous for women and their offspring. . . . We're a growing army of women. Sooner or later the world will see the truth. I hope there's a way to send those responsible for this mess to prison for life. They've ruined too many lives to enjoy their own! In the meantime, I've received as much (probably more) than I've given! Hugs and prayers, Rogene
Guest guest
PH, I was on top of the world too. I had climbed the corporate ladder without my degree by working hard and proving myself. I decided to go back to school to finish my degree - just graduted with my BS in May - Summa Cum Laude 4.0. I don't know how I made it through the last quarter. God's grace and sheer willpower!! Trying to study with short term memory loss, brain fog, blurred vision and overall feeling like I was going to die - - was the hardest thing I ever remember going through. (I was explanted 1 month before graduation in April, 07) Now, I can still work but I have no ambition to climb the ladder. I now have a degree and have no want/need to cause my body any stress. This is so not like me and quite sad. I so want to be myself again because now that I have my degree I think I could try for a job I would really enjoy. You are right though - I like you am a fighter. I am going to conquer this crud! I am so sick of being sick. I want to feel 35 and not triple that number. I feel I am getting a bit better everyday and many times better than I was with those bombs inside of me. You are so displined! I do think all of your detoxing will pay off for you. You remind me a lot of Patty and how dedicated she was to detoxing. She said it took about 4 years but she did it!!! God bless you and I pray you achieve the ultimate healing you are hoping for. Hugs, Lynn Re: Life-Changing Book Hi Dede,No, I haven't tested through the Canary Club. Basically everything checks out normal except high mercury in a hair analysis, high cortisol through saliva tests, and a low MSH blood test, revealing neurotoxins. I also had a live blood cell analysis that indicated yeast and parasites but every doctor I've seen said that if I truly had a systemic parasite/yeast/ fungal problem, I would be in the hospital with a 103 degree fever. I've been good about replenishing with minerals and I also drink a glass of glutithione powder w/ Vit C and Alpha Lipoic Acid daily.I'm happy to say my vision has improved tremendously in rather a short time. I am truly blessed it has all returned and am hopeful the brain stuff will resolve as well.As far as my brain, I can't explain it other than I just don't feel right. Seriously, right before I became ill I was on top of the world and thanking God daily for it.So, it is what it is right now but we are going to conquer this!!! Thank you for sharing all your wonderful advice on how to meditate. I especially liked the one you do with God's love. Just reading it made me relax. Like you, I have always been very visual too. I'm going to use your suggestions tonight and I'm also going to take a closer look at the Silva Method. Thanks again.-PH>> PH ~ > I am happy your tests came out ok, that is great ! > These days doctors are clueless ! Guest guest
Hello PH ~ Thank you for your kind words ! You are so sweet ! ! I am a fighter, that is for sure ! ! Since I still have salines in, I am not real strict on my diet, I also have the heart device and wire leads that will have to stay in there, but I figured while I have the fungal manufactoring machines in me still, I will be good, but get strict when I have surgery. I eat lots of salads ( every day) , and drink kefir, and water, and 1/2 to 1 coke and coffee, and sometimes tea. My other meal is what ever I fix, it varies. My Dad comes over about 3 times a week, and I cook for him. I dont eat much beef, it makes my arthritis worse. I will eat a steak sometimes, not often. I like to cook soups, and I make my dip with tomatoes, onions, garlic, carrots, jalapenos, cilantro, and spices I put in. I eat it with freetoes scoops, or something like that, not good for me......, but I limit the amount. I eat some fruit. I sometimes fix smoothies with a banana, some blueberries, strawberries, and kefir, blend it and drink it. It is pretty yummy. I dont have a sweet tooth, so, I dont fix that as often as I should. I used to take Pau De ARco drops every day. There is also another tea that is good yerba matte, Yerba Mate: for better health ( a friend with cancer was drinking it and got me some) but right now I am not drinking or taking either. I am going slow with this heart deal and what I take for it. My heart is really weak, and I was told to be careful with everything even detox, said it might be too hard on my heart right now. Here is some info on adrenal staging, see if you think you are in there. There is alot of really good articles on the adrenals that Patty has gathered and posted. Have you had your DHEA, and your female hormones tested? Mine were way off. So was my aldosterone/renin . Here ck this out, it is the adrenal fatigue staging : ASI Normal, ASI Stage One , ASI Stage Two , ASI Stage Three , ASI Stage Four , ASI Stage Five , ASI Stage Six , ASI Stage Seven .......compare your tests to this and see if you think it fits anywhere in there.......be sure your symptoms are what you go by most. It seems like you are attacking all this with all you have. I am not sure how much is too much, I guess your body will let you know. You certainly do alot though. I dont know if a coffee enema is ok to do every day or not. I know Patty has experience in that area. I know coffee enema is great for detoxing the liver, and is a huge part of Dr Kelley's cancer treatment. On your brain fog, it goes along with fungal /myco-toxin/bio-toxin disorders. So, that too will get better as you get that under control. I hope that your meditation you are going to do tonight will help you relax, and have a better sleep. I tell ya, my little visits with God and all his love and warmth, make a huge difference in my days......It gives me a few minutes of total relaxation several times a day, and that works wonders ! Guest guest
Hi Lynn, Wow, it sounds as if you are an overachiever...Summa Cum Laude...I'm impressed. My story is so similar to yours it's not even funny. I recently graduated with my Master's, found the perfect job in between taking care of two great boys and always strived to do my best at EVERYTHING!! In some ways I wonder if this overachievment contributed to our illness. I never knew how to relax but part of that too was the cortisol racing through my body. Like you, my last semester was tough dealing with symptoms but I think I was in denial that something was wrong. Looking back there were obvious signs. One thing to be grateful for is that because we do strive so hard and are used to reaching our goals, we will overcome this! Dedication and discipline are the character traits required for recovery as well as a good attitude. My chiropractor told me the other day, " All people struggle at one time or another in life, but do you want to be bitter or better...there's only one letter difference. " I'm trying to see this as a gift in between all the tears I've shed. I know exactly what you mean about wanting to feel 35. I'm 38 and for the first time in my life feel ancient. I just keep trying to visualize myself in my 40's as vibrant, energetic and healthy and KNOW it will happen. I pray that it will happen for you too. - PH > > > > PH ~ > > I am happy your tests came out ok, that is great ! > > These days doctors are clueless ! Guest guest
Hi Dede, Your diet sounds so much more varied than mine which is good. I need to expand but I don't like to cook. Thanks for the adrenal info. I really need to find a good doctor who will look at it. I feel as though I am seeing so many different specialists but need a good solid doctor who will oversee it all. What is your fungal manufactoring machine? I know I need to address this fungal issue but I don't know how. I was on Sporonox for only two weeks due to bad side effects. I'm going to do a Para Nix 30 day cleanse but feel as though I'm blindly doing this. Guess I better meditate with God to see if it's the right thing to do. Guest guest
PH, When you first start treating fungal issues, you can expect to feel bad for a while . . . What were your side effects with Sporonox? . . . When fungal organisms die-off, they create a toxic by-product that must be processed out of your body. If your liver is sluggish, you will feel worse because you won't be flushing toxins as fast as they're being created. You might do better with Sporonox if you started slowly and gradually worked up to a full dose. However, I don't think you can beat Fungal Defense . . .you start it slow and gradually work up to a full dose before beginning Primal Defense to replace the suppressed beneficial organisms. Most women can start with one bottle of Fungal Defense . . .assuming they follow a good diet in the meantime. Hugs, Rogene
Guest guest
Lynn. I can so relate !!! Go, go, go! People used to tell me to sit down all the time. I was so active I made people nervous. I always had to be doing something constructive, never lazy. Now, I'm lucky if I make it out my front door once a day. I think this illness has taught me a thing or 2 about slowing down and relaxing. Still, I can't wait to get better and at least vaccum without feeling like I'm gonna die, literly! Guest guest
Hi Rogene, I've been detoxing yet I feel I maybe haven't done enough to actually kill the fungus. I took two capsules/day of Sporonox for the first two weeks after explant. Then I started one bottle of Fungal Defense. Then I used capryllic acid and now Olive Leaf extract but it just seems I've had this brain fog for months now. Also, I had a lot of gas these last couple of days. My problem is I don't know if the gas is from die-off or if the fungus is growing. I'm trying to think the best. My diet has been excellent. Today I started something called ParaNix that is a 30 day cleanse. My chiropractor wanted me to start the cleanse today because it's a full moon. I thought he was crazy when he said that but after doing some research, I think he's right. The last ingredient in ParaNix is fructose which concerns me but maybe that's so the fungus will try to eat it and then gets bombarded with garlic powder, fenugreek, wormwood, and other herbal remedies known for killing fungus. What did you do for the fungus? I've thought about going on the Fungal Defense again and just taking it until I feel well but don't know if it knocks out the good stuff too. J from the forum recommended Fungex and I need to get back with her if this doesn't work because she also seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. Guest guest
PH ~ Your cortisol's are all high.......I think your loopy feeling is from that ! Adrenal fatigue — the effects of stress and high cortisol The destructive effect of high cortisol levels What is cortisol? In its normal function, cortisol helps us meet these challenges by converting proteins into energy, releasing glycogen and counteracting inflammation. For a short time, that’s okay. But at sustained high levels, cortisol gradually tears your body down. Sustained high cortisol levels destroy healthy muscle and bone, slow down healing and normal cell regeneration, co-opt biochemicals needed to make other vital hormones, impair digestion, metabolism and mental function, interfere with healthy endocrine function; and weaken your immune system. Adrenal fatigue may be a factor in many related conditions, including fibromyalgia, hypothyroidism, chronic fatigue syndrome, arthritis, premature menopause and others. It may also produce a host of other unpleasant symptoms, from acne to hair loss. (Please click here to see a list of adrenal fatigue symptoms and related conditions.) Diagnose-Me: Condition: Elevated Cortisol Levels Memory loss has also been associated with high cortisol levels. An additional problem of long-term elevations of cortisol is that the adrenal gland may wear itself out and no longer be able to produce even normal levels of cortisol. This is called "adrenal exhaustion" and is associated with many other health problems. Cortisol information : by Ray Sahelian, M.D. cortisol blocking good article ! Ask the Experts: Symptoms and Signs of High Cortisol Levels on MedicineNet.com You can ask a question on this one But the whole reason I am pushing you to check into this is because I believe that I had a very high cortisol across the board like you, then I believe that I was in adrenal failure and crashed.....but was lucky. Guest guest
Thank you Patty. I'm going to look into her book. I'm sorry you've had to deal with the brain fog for so long. It scares me because it feels like a brain infection yet I keep reminding myself my MRI was normal. Still doesn't do much for quality of life...but that will change. Getting all my levels checked is absolutely necessary. I think I will do the Canary Club since my endo doesn't seem to be concerned that I have many symptoms and " normal " blood. This is the hard part because my symptoms are synonomous w/ both hormonal deficiencies and mold toxicity. An MSH level of 8 indicates neurotoxins from mold but hormonal deficiencies wouldn't produce neurotoxins would they? This whole thing is so complex because it's probably a multitude of things going on. My husband bought some mold test kits for our car and house and both grew moldy spots within 24 hours. Did you ever use Pro-Lab Professional Mold Test Kit? I'm just wondering how reliable it is and whether any house would cause mold to form in an enclosed petri dish after being open for an hour. I think I'll post another message to see if anyone else has used the tests. I don't want to have to buy a new car and move but if it'll make me better, then we don't have an option. - PH > > > > PH, > > > > It sounds like you've been concentrating on getting rid of > fungus long enough. > > > > It's time to put some beneficial organisms back in . . .
