Hi Dana

Welcome to the group. I am so glad you are here. I had lots of these

pulling type pains right in the middle. Sometimes they were sharp.

Sometimes I had cramping. From what I have been told and read your

uterus is stretching out right now. Thats probably what you are

feeling. But I can see why you are totally freaked out. I am still

freaked out about everything. It takes awhile to start to feel

comfortable.

Pam :)

Dana,

Welcome!!! I am so thrilled you are here! This is a great group of

women! As far as the twinges you've been having...it sounds like the

yissue and ligaments around the uterus are stretching to accomodate

your little one. I had that a lot in the first few weeks and still

have it some of the time now. It is very common. When you don't know

what it is though, it can be scary. I think after what we have all

been through, every little thing makes us worry. Try to relax, take

things easy for a while and just try to enjoy every single moment!

Again, I'm really glad to see you over here!

Take care,

elle

Dana,

First of all Congratulations on your pg and welcome to the group, we

are glad that you are here.

I am 23 weeks pg, and totally had these pains when I was first pg,

still have them sometimes. When I was 4-7 weeks, there were days I

stayed home from work I was in so much pain, and of course completely

scared. My doctor said that my uterus was stretching, and when it

happened I should rest and they would go away. He was right, as soon

as I would lay down, they would go away. I can't tell you how many

times I felt like he was going to fall right out. It is completely

normal, but you do not feel that way.

I don't think we ever totally relax in pg, at 23 weeks I am still

afraid something bad is going to happen, like he has been very quiet

the past two days with his kicking and I am nervous!

I hope that you are resting and taking at easy in this exciting time!

Kim

Dana,

WELCOME! I am so excited for you! Congrats! Welcome Welcome, can

you tell I am excited!

I can see from some of the other posts, many of us had weird cramps

and unfortunately you will have them throughout, well, so far I have.

Then when you don't have any " symptoms " you freak out. So basically

it stinks either way! Sorry to be a downer. Has anyone told you to

drink lots of water. I think that helps with the constipation

cramps! Well, again Welcome and Congrats, I look forward to chatting

with you more.

Congrats,
