Guest guest
Citrus Punch When I was taking 15-20 mgs. of Cortef a day, I was finally able to start taking a decent walk. I am very deconditioned due to 4 years CFS plus adrenal insufficiency and I was in bed most of that time. I want to be able to start walking again now that I have realized I need more Cortef. Val has often said here that when you are trying to heal adrenals, exercise is contraindicated. I don't think my adrenals are ever going to HEAL. I think now I am going to take 20 mgs. Cortef for life and I guess it would be okay to start exercising slowly and build up my stamina again since I will have the support of HC, right? I just feel that to continue to avoid exercise and be this deconditioned is not a good thing. I imagine people with 's who have adequate HC replacement can exercise and lead normal lives, correct?
