I used 8 1/2 by 11 sticky paper for a dermatologist. Since many of his

notes were short, it kept the charts thinner. I would just triple space

between patients, and the office staff cut them apart and put them in the

charts.

It is rather expensive compared to regular paper. My client paid for the

paper.

same here. the paper is just like maria's and is perforated every two

inches. If you go over they just cut the sheet apart.

Thanks. What brand do you use? Do you have problems with the printing of

the report...I mean with the printout?

The doctor's office buys Avery paper. It is a full sheet w/o any

perforations. I have not had any problems printing. The paper is

slightly thicker than regular paper, but it hasn't caused me any trouble.

I have also had the paper with the perforations every couple of inches

which was a problem because I had to make sure the print did not go

directly over the perforations, tricky at times.

That is what I was afraid of...jamming. I guess their cutting the paper

in the office would solve the perforation problem. Thanks. I will discuss

this with the client.

I saw this earlier in the day, but thought maybe you reposted for more

responses...or maybe it is just this board with the hiccups...again.

I do use sticky paper for about 4 of my docs. As I am an independent, I

purchase this myself through a paper distributor here in Illinois. It costs

approx $40 for a box of 250 sheets. This is probably not the best price on

the market, but I do not pay for shipping as it is delivered to the clinic I

service.

Hope this helps...any other questions...feel free.

I use these too only the bill goes to the doc. I have one doc who gives me

chart sheets with tape and I put them on myself, but the other doc offices

put them on themselves.

More on the sticky paper... The page setup I use for these in Word are

margins: Top 0.04 " , Bottom 0 " , Left 0.25 " , and Right 0.06 " . Paper size is

set at 8 x 12. This works for the SOAP notes that my docs dictate. They go

over the 2 " perforation space most times but the office girls cut them

apart. Hope this helps.

it is funny that I got this today. I am just looking into the two

suggestions I got for it. Thanks for the info on the margins. I have

only done one of her micro tapes and she had 45 reports on it so you an

see how short her visits are...only 4 lines at the most. I think it

would be best if I did go with the full sheet not the perforated. Thanks

for all your help.

I just called a local company and they were charging 28. per box of 100

whereas the Forms and Filing Systems that " Jesus Luv me " wrote about was

only 12. per box. Quite a difference.

Thanks
