WIth cortisol this low it is doubtful anythign less than hydrocortisone will

work for you. Can this doctor prescribe this? Will she?

I would think yes but she wants to start me on Isocort and I respect cortisone

because of what it did to my son so I would try to use the natural before I use

any thing else.

For what it's worth, one of my seemingly elusive dreams was the same

as yours: to SLEEP!

I finally was able to once I got on the right amount of adrenal

support. When I was having some issues with dosing,etc., my insomnia

comes right back, but it goes away when i get the support back to what

my body needs.
