Guest guest Posted August 14, 2007 Report Share Posted August 14, 2007 my name is lesley i had my implants removed nearly 2 years ago after being ill for 5 years and i have been very lucky and most of my symtons disapeared . 1 week ago i started the atkins diet and after a couple maybe 3 days my back pain returned and today i can just about lift my arms as ive got no enedgy im so low i feel ive gone back a year . could it be the diet any advice would be great Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest guest Posted August 14, 2007 Report Share Posted August 14, 2007 Lesley, My symptoms acted up when I changed my diet, too. I didn't try the Atkins diet, though, I just ate a smaller lunch. I've read that people with immune type problems should have a diet high in plant protein and low in animal protein. Are you eating alot of meat and not many veggies or whole grains?
