Hi trublu - I have FMS too, but don't know what to tell you about your low

energy. It could be the FMS, but for two weeks seems like a lot. I would get

some bloodwork done to see if you are low in something, possibly B12 or iron, or

maybe you have a virus. Congrats on the 90 pounds. That is great. Hope you

feel better soon.

Are you taking B-12? If it is low, you will be low on energy. Get it

checked if you have not already.

Hi Tracey,

I take the B-12 dots every day, but I did get a B-12 shot the other day at

the docs. He gave it to me right after he took bloodwork, and when we got

the bloodwork back, I didn't need the B-12 cause it was on the higher end of

normal.....

I didn't have a nap today, but I sure am feeling it. Also feeling a bit

achy, fibro is beginning to act up yet again. It has to be the changing

weather, all I can figure.

Hugs,

Hi ........

I had my surgery Nov 20 2001 and i to am still having LOW energy. I take a

nap every afternoon. Which before i did not. I am not taking B12, my dr.

said i shouldn't need it until i am a year out. Which did not make sence.

But hey she is the dr.

I am not sure what the answer is either. Do you take b12's by tablet form?

I am but does not seem to make a difference.

Get your B12 checked. Some needed it PRE-OP, so we can't go by charts, only by

blood work. I didn't need it for 6 yrs.
