Guest guest
Hello all, Sorry I haven't been around much. Between moving and starting a new job I haven't had time to do much beyond skimming the posts here. I just had a new ELISA done - last one was March 2010. Same laboratory as before, and the results of last year's test helped me immensely when I couldn't figure out what I had developed intolerances to. So I trust these results. I've spent a LOT of time and energy working out how to rotate my foods and it didn't work. I now have intolerances to watermelon, all nuts, celery, onion, garlic, and on and on and on. Even lettuce of all things! I no longer react to carrots and eggs after staying away from them for over a year, but not sure if I'll add them back in yet. I don't know about you, but it's looking to me like a very long fast is in order. ? Any thoughts? I'm wondering how I can even do a green juice fast without lettuce. Spinach is ok but I don't know about other greens not tested like kale (which I do have sometimes). I need to come up with a strategy here! Oh, the other possibility is that with carrots and eggs back in the mix, the GAPS diet seems more do-able. But that's a much longer process than a good fast, I think.
