I bet they would quit sending blank tapes if they were

somehow charged for it!

GOOD IDEA. SEND A NOTICE THAT IN THE FUTURE THE AVERAGE COST OF HIS

DICTATION WILL BE PLACED FOR BLANK TAPES. Give him notice though.
