Guest guest
Hi everyone. I want to say yet again what a great site this is. I try to read the posts daily, but have responded little due to lack of positive feelings at this point. I am going to make an effort to become an active member of this board. My results of my father's pet scan came back, and he has five cancerous lesions on his liver. Is five lesions alot? My parents seem to be overwhelmed and ask very few questions when talking with the doctor. What are some of the questions we should ask the onc regarding the liver? The surgeon told us that my father is not a candidate for surgury on the liver because the cancer is in both lobes. He is scheduled to start chemo on Oct. 7th. Thanks in advance, Lynn
