I couldn't believe that I can finally be honest about how the weight has effected me both physically and mentally throughout my life. Like you, I worked so hard to hide it. Guest guest Posted July 25, 2009 Report Share Posted July 25, 2009 Val, I have just finished my 12 weeks on T3 only. I feel like I am some better, however I still have the hypo pain when it is time for my next dose. I am on 37.5 mg HC and 90 mcg T3. Should I wait til I am optimized on T3 before adding in a small amount of thyroid-s (1 gr)? And if I add it back in, do I do it at night since that is the worst pain time?
