Guest guest
I've always had hot feet too. Once it's above 60F, I can't tolerate socks and shoes and have to switch to sandals. And I keep them on well into cool weather. I would think hot feet would signal a hot metabolism! But, clearly not. Guest guest
I'll even run out to get the mail in bare feet... I will wear shoes if it's deeper than the top of my foot...or if the wind chill is below zero... I'm scared of frost bite... just cuz I 'feel' hot doesn't mean that I can't freeze a toe or something! It's about 30 paces out to the mail box... maybe 40.. I've never counted.. maybe I will one of these days!!! hehehehehe Topper () On Thu, 26 May 2005 12:56:50 -0700 "J Sisemore" writes: I've always had hot feet too. Guest guest
When I was seVERELY hypo, my feet were cold and rather numb. NOW I've got the hot feet syndrome. I've never felt like wearing sandals until THIS summer. Now I'm wearing them all the time or going barefooted when I can. Re: Heat intolerance I'll even run out to get the mail in bare feet... Guest guest
Is that how that works???? I'm still wondering why my fellas left for short chunky brunettes.. I'm 5'10...... I have to say this... some of you heard my story.. the fella that dumped me two weeks before I was to go on his insurance and left me with no meds (after being together for five years).... the gal that he just had to have, had to marry... dumped him months before their fifth anniversary and shacked up with someone else...... She who laughs last, laughs best!!!! If I had stayed with him.. I'd still be on crutches and taking synthetics..... instead of here, clicking my heals... being with all of you and using the crutches to dry pasta!!! Guest guest
Back in my hyper days I was a heat pump... I had one boyfriend that turned down the thermostat when I spent the night! hehehehe Topper () On Sat, 28 May 2005 17:33:45 -0700 (PDT) writes: Two years ago, about 6 months before I was diagnosedas hypothyroid, I sat shivering in my garden with thetemperature at 30+, I had to take a hot bath to warmup! Although that was the worst I've ever been, I'vealways been extremely sensitve to cold weather andenvironments and only felt alive during the warmsummer months. This winter was the first for over 10years that I haven't needed 2 quilts, a sheepskin rug,an electric blanket and a hot water bottle to keep mewarm in bed! It's no wonder I live on my own (wistful sigh).
Guest guest
Low sodium and low aldosterone are definitly implicatged in heat intolerance. That for me is GONE this year after suffering with dripping sweats for MANY years! -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/

Guest guest
YES I think ti coul dbe simply due to removing RT3 whihc stresses the adrneals and BODY so badly. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
Val, I need you to explain your statement below. If removing Rt3 is a good thing why does it stress the adrenals and the body. I do not have any Rt3, well it is <17.....did I do a bad thing by removing so much. I am confused. My temps are VERY stable so I am guessing I did not stress the adrenals, right????
