Guest guest
The vitamins I take, when I take them, are specifically for Fibro but according to what I figured out. I have a great book on vitamins. But it's mainly several of the B vitamins that seem to help. I'd have to check my computer here to figure out where I put this information. It's based on me though and each of us has to determine what they need. But, multi vitamins have the problem of all of it being in one pill. You should not take your calcium and magnesium during the day with your other vitamins. There's a contradiction and your body won't get what it needs. Taking vitamins definitely not like getting them from your foods. Funny how your body seems to know the difference. I'll try to get back to you on this but you just can't count on me these days. No, I haven't been taking my vitamins. :} Hugs, Jane ************************************************** Subject: Re: hi everyone Hi Jane, I take daily multivitamins for seniors but still do have fibro fog problems. Do have short term memory problems and forgetting what I need to say sometimes. I call many things, thingy when I can't immediately recall the name of it. My fibro fog worries me since I am still trying to find a part time job. Yesterday interviewed for a local sub shop. To get the job I have to memorize every sub they sell. Many of the subs have several toppings. Also applied for our local Subway which may be easier to work at. hugs, Debbie J
Guest guest
Thanks for the information Jane. I take my calcium separate from them and 4hrs apart from my thyroid med. Only take magnesium with lunch now when I don't take the MVI. So far never having trouble with my calcium level since I take 3000mg each day. I am not a big meat eater so I need to take the vitamins. All my doctors do know I take the MVI, too. Keep forgetting to take my B vitamin though. I will watch for your information again. hugs, Debbie J > > The vitamins I take, when I take them, are specifically for Fibro but > according to what I figured out. I have a great book on vitamins. Guest guest
Country Life makes a great liquid multi-mineral vitamin and a separate Cal/Mag liquid to take at night. You can buy them at Whole Foods. I also like EmergenC packets. I improved immsensely after using these products but now my bladder isn't cooperating so I've been off my vitamins. I also like the VitaminWater Revive flavor (fruit punch) which has potassium and B vitamins.
