I think I was at 178 last time I posted-I'm now at 172.6 pounds less. Started

out at 185 so I'm not doing too bad. I've been taking T'ai Chi and Yoga and

doing some weight training and stationary bike riding. I think that's helped

more than anything. Since being back on the Glucophage(Metformin) and Lantus my

bg has been looking better but the metformin is driving me crazy with the

diarrhea and the digestive problems. Still, I'm down to the 150 to 200's most of

the time and that's not bad considering where I was a month ago-we're still

working with dosage adjustments. So-all in all I've had a good month.

I jumped for joy and whacked my knee on the coffee table. <ggg> Just

returned from a weekend trip. I had my every 3 month cancer checkup/tests on

Monday, and since the hospital where I go for tests is so far away, we make a

weekend getaway out of it. But I received good news and if am still all

clear after my next 3 month checkup in July, I will be officially in

remission. Yippee!

Hi group!

I think I missed the request for the weight reports this month.........but

anyway......I didn't lose a single pound in May. Not good.......I guess I

haven't been trying hard enough.

My goal for June will be 5 pounds......I am 267 now......hope to get to 262.
