Thankfully most of our extended family members have joined this eating plan! Also, several of them are planning to come to our house for Thanksgiving, and I want to have something besides turkey and turkey for the meal! I would love to serve a pumpkin cheesecake. ANY other recipes that are close to traditional Thanksgiving type foods? We usually have pumpkin pie, pecan pie, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes with brown sugar/cinnamon/marshmallows, green bean casserole, rice soup, stuffing, and of course turkey with gravy and home made rolls.
