Hi Sue,

Every once in awhile, I get dizzy spells, not sure why. I have been

awoken at night to find part of my face " asleep " feeling, or an arm

or hand, for no reason at all, not even pressing on them. When it's

really bad during the day, I can move around, a brisk walk, and it

takes the edge off or stops it, also really hot water or sauna will

do that too. What do you think? Isn't it bewildering?

hugs,

Beth
