Deb,

So glad to hear you are home safe and sound. 500 miles...wow. I thought my

100 miles was bad. I'm sorry to hear about your caffeine headaches. I hope

your body gets used to all it's new and exciting changes and you have a very

smooth recovery!

colors - now on clear liquids - and sipping sipping sipping - and HOME yesterday

drove us home 500 miles - wowow - so good to sleep in my own bed - with my own

cat - grins - - Thanks to everyone for all their support preop - so glad to be

on the other side. Oh yeah - meant to mention - I drank/drink a lot of

coffee/tea/diet pepsi - well - used to - and the migraines I got post op from

the caffeine withdrawal were the absolute worst I have ever had and made the

surgery discomfort seem like a nothing....gads - Well - time to head back to my

Deb - it is so good to hear from you. So glad you made it through with flying

colors. You will probably feel pretty darn good from here on out with that

nasty gallbladder out. I had a horribile headache in the hospital, too, but

mine was not from caffeine withdrawal! Gosh, why did you do that to yourself?

Well, you know the drill. Keep on sipping the water and clear liquids. Try and

get in a protein drink or two. And keep taking those little walks whenever you

can. Ain't it great to finally be on the other side?

Hey Deb so glad you are on the losing team now isn't it nice to be a loser

lol So glad you are home safe and sound >you know we use to warn people to

come off all the caffeine before surgery to avoid that withdrawal and for

some reason we have kinda gotten away from it that is something we need to

remember to warn preops about

Walk,sip, rest

Love TN
