Guest guest
I special-ordered the Lactinex tablets my gynecologist specifically recommended that I take because I have zero lactobacillus colonization. I'm supposed to insert them vaginally. I just looked at the ingredient label, and they contain (in order): " Whey, lactose, sucrose, evaporated milk, talc, white mineral oil, viable Lactobacillus acidophilus and L bulraricus and beef extract. " Aside from the lactobacillus, none of these sound like anything you'd want to put in that area. I'm allergic to milk, it seems to me that lactose and sucrose would encourage yeast growth and talc has been linked to ovarian cancer. I don't even want to think about the beef extract. Should I toss these things, or maybe just take them orally? Zig

Guest guest
I don't think I'd take them in the vagina!
