Guest guest
You can reset it in the member account information, I remember seeing it there. I think you can set the start date as far as 7-14 days in advance but I can't remember exactly.. I wanted to start it backwards a day. It is a day behind where I am. -Amie From: Stacie Dasher Sent: Wednesday, December 15, 2004 6:22 PMTo: South-Beach-Diet-Getting-It-Right Subject: Website question I decided to delay my start date, and I'm wondering if there's a way to reset it on the SBD website.Reminder: The South Beach Diet is not low-carb. Guest guest
I've looked and looked, but still can't see a way to do it. It already has me started, but I want to reset it and start in a few weeks. I can only see a way to change which phase you're in. It already has me started, but I want to reset it and start in a few weeks. I can only see a way to change which phase you're in. Log into the site. Click on " my account " at the top. Click on " diet profile " on the right. You should see your alias, age, etc. Below your starting weight, there should be a date that you started and a LINK " change start date/pause diet " . Guest guest
Does everyone recommend joining the website? I was thinking about it but have not done it. On week 2 of phase 1. Would it be worth my while? Kim G. Re: Website question > >> I've looked and looked, but still can't see a way to do it. It already >> has me started, but I want to reset it and start in a few weeks.
