You can reset it in the member account information, I remember seeing it there. I think you can set the start date as far as 7-14 days in advance but I can't remember exactly.. I wanted to start it backwards a day. It is a day behind where I am.

I decided to delay my start date, and I'm wondering if there's a way to reset it on the SBD website.Reminder: The South Beach Diet is not low-carb. Nor is it low-fat. The South Beach Diet teaches you to rely on the right carbs and the right fats-the good ones-and enables you to live quite happily without the bad carbs and bad fats. I've looked and looked, but still can't see a way to do it. It already has me started, but I want to reset it and start in a few weeks. I can only see a way to change which phase you're in.

Log into the site. Click on " my account " at the top. Click on " diet profile " on

the right.

You should see your alias, age, etc. Below your starting weight, there should be

a date that you started and a LINK " change start date/pause diet " .

Does everyone recommend joining the website? I was thinking about it but

have not done it. On week 2 of phase 1. Would it be worth my while? Kim
