Hi Group,

Wow! I thought I knew what valsalva headaches were, until I read all of your

excellent descriptions. I had no idea!

I think of my headaches as pretty bad, but nothing like the sharp pain so

many of you describe, as valsalva headaches.

My heart truly goes out to you. Thank you for educating me!
