That initial post of Mandy's hit me like a ton of bricks ... I actually

started crying because that's exactly what I go through. To hear someone else

describe it so perfectly and to realize I'm not the only one to go a week or so

and then get hit with it all over again for God knows how long this time was

just amazing. It really helps me to hear what you all say ... I'm learning a

lot

too. For me, the despair and lack of ability to concentrate (especially at

work) when in a-fib is my biggest hurdle right now. I'm usually able to keep

from crying till I am driving home or at home alone ... but the fear and

feelings of total impotence just overwhelm me. I do NOT want to live like this

....

but at this point I seem to have no other options. It sucks.

Can anyone explain to me the difference between a-fib and flutter? Thanks.

Tony you need to try to control the crying, depression because with me I know

if I allow it I seem to go into afib more often. I just say no I won't allow

the crying because that can lead to a more complicated afib.
