Here are my goals: Currant weight: 154lbs First Goal: 145lbs by Valentines day Second Goal: 135 Third Goal: 125lbs by summer hopefully I have joined an excerise place and go 3 X weekly for the last 3 months. I can build muscle easily so have gained 5 lbs since starting the exercise, now if I can lose some of the fat under the muscle.
