Guest guest
I'm a regular reader of this group; thank you all for your valuable contributions. I wanted to let you know that ( " Rick " ) Hoffer, Director of Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire (USA), is currently performing angioplasty for CCSVI. His bio and contact info are at: http://patients.dartmouth-hitchcock.org/findadoctor/profile/33202/_K_Hoffer_\ MD I had the procedure done last June (angioplasty on left jugular and azygos veins), and again in March (both jugulars and azygos). My health insurance (Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield) covered the expenses both times. I haven't noticed radical changes in my condition (SPMS, EDSS ~6.5), either positive or negative, but I remain hopeful. I currently manage my condition with diet (BBD, mostly raw), yoga, meditation, swimming, and positive attitude. I have many symptoms and have to use a wheelchair, but my energy level is better than ever, which I attribute to diet, exercise, and balanced living. My latest healing quest is leading me in the direction of qigong. I'm particularly impressed by Chunyi Lin, who founded Spring Forest Qigong (http://www.springforestqigong.com/), and whose efforts are supported by many compelling testimonials. I'd be interested and grateful if anyone would care to share their experience with qigong--or energy medicine in general. Also, I'm going to give Prokarin a try. I've spoken with Dr. Woeller (nice guy!) and should receive my first shipment this week.
