Guest guest
I read on the Web that Saffron is effective for intestinal problems. I tried it and haven't had any trouble since. I made some saffron tea (according to the directions on the Website), took a sip now and then for a couple of days. It made me run to the bathroom several times during that couple of days to urinate but that problem went away. I haven't had any problems since. No more IBS. Guest guest
I have just been looking into the uses of Tumeric. It is a spice used in Indian food. It is interesting that it is compared to Saffron on one of the sites. It is being tested (at least in the lab) for it's ability to prevent cancer. Also anti-inflammatory. I saw information in my Sunday paper about someone who ate one teaspoon a day and cleared up psoriasis they had had for years. Since some here are using other psoriasis medicines thought this might be of interest to someone.
