a-fib and out of shape will make you feel that way.

So my question is should you try to get in shape while in a-fib or just

wait it out?

Lee I had the same question as you also. If I use the treadmill I kick into

afib but I found a volunteer job (Delivering meals on Wheels) and this

requires me to go up 200 stairs a day. I figure the hour and a half walking and

stairs makes up some for not using the treadmill for now.

Try to stay in shape. You don't know how long you'll have to wait.
