Here's a start:

Chicken breast

Ground turkey

Eggs

Turkey bacon (-O kind is awful IMHO, Louis Rich much better)

Ground sirloin, or steak or whatever's on sale

Frozen veggies (include spinach, broccoli, and whatever else)

Fresh veggies if reasonable this time of year

Onions

Garlic

Canned beans

Canned low sodium chicken stock

Canned tomatoes

Canned mushrooms (if you like them, good in eggs and stir fries)

FF milk

FF cottage cheese or lf ricotta cheese or both!

string cheese

lf grated cheese or grate it yourself

Check your spices and see what needs replenishing

That's a start from the top of my head. Good luck!

Dawn,

You are so blessed to have not only a supportive partner, but also

one who is thoughtful and obviously listening to you when you

talk. You are so, so lucky.
