It is 16 degrees outside and has been snowing all day (anyone wana come play) My toes are frozen! I am getting excited about starting on saturday but i am like uh what am i gonna buy for food.... so i have to write out a food list i guess to get stuff that i need from the store.. So many things going on this weekend. My oldest son will be 5 tomorrow...Where has the time gone......... Anyhow if anyone can give me some kinda of direction on the shoping it would be Greatly appriciated! On another note.. It is nice to have supporting signifigant others.. it is super encouraging! Guest guest Posted January 7, 2005 Report Share Posted January 7, 2005 Here's a start: Chicken breast Ground turkey Eggs Turkey bacon (-O kind is awful IMHO, Louis Rich much better) Ground sirloin, or steak or whatever's on sale Frozen veggies (include spinach, broccoli, and whatever else) Fresh veggies if reasonable this time of year Onions Garlic Canned beans Canned low sodium chicken stock Canned tomatoes Canned mushrooms (if you like them, good in eggs and stir fries) FF milk FF cottage cheese or lf ricotta cheese or both! string cheese lf grated cheese or grate it yourself Check your spices and see what needs replenishing That's a start from the top of my head.
