Guest guest
Hi Penny Thanks Penny--I did kind of like the 70% thing but then on the other hand I've noticed that too much fat doesn't make me feel that good either--just like too many carbs made me feel crummy. Dr Eades' say that they don't limit fat in their clinic patients--they say it's self regulating if the person isn't eating that many carbs. And so I've found that to be true too. It seemed like fats were so great on carbs--like a huge chunk of butter on a good piece of bread--but now that I'm not eating bread I dont' look forward to just eating a chunk of butter by itself Bevnselah@... Guest guest
I know this is probably going to sound silly, but some sausages do and some don't...have carbs. Check the labels. If I recall, I believe the sweet italian sausages with sun dried tomatos have carbs. Guest guest
There is no label, they are in the meat section where there is no nutritional information. I was just wondering because it says " sweet " sausage. Re: (no subject) > > >I know this is probably going to sound silly, but some sausages do and some >don't...have carbs. Check the labels. Guest guest
It's only " sweet " as opposed to " spicy " or " hot " sausage. It's probably about the same as a hot dog. Or kielbasa.

Guest guest
Hi Michele We also do a hypertonic nasal wash. We did find that it gets farther into the sinuses if leans her head backwards over the bed and drip it in. Rather than leaning forward and trying to squirt it in. She has cronic sinus , recurring sinus infections. We nasal endoscopies about every 2-3 months. We also use Rhinocort AQ and Atrovent nose spray.
