Guest guest
Laughing Cow is a soft cheese that comes in a round box in triangles. If your store does not carry - ask the store manager to order for you. Most stores will do this. The other cheese you found is a string cheese - good for snacks. Tink > I can't find the laughing cow stuff or the other recommended cheese everyone has been talking about...looked in about every store now. What I did find was Frigo CheeseHeads, 100% natural string cheese. Here's what the label says for one piece: > > 80 calories > 6 g fat (3.5 saturated, 0 trans fat) > 15mg cholesterol > 210mg sodium > less than 1g carb (no sugar or fiber) > 7g protein > > Can someone please post the label for the other cheeses? This one seems good to me, but I'd be interested in what the others you guys are eating have in them. > > I also found some natural peanut butter, ingredients only peanuts and salt and it is GOOD. > > Theresa > > > > __________________________________________________ >

Guest guest
http://tickerfactory.com BUT you have to use outlook to bring it onto here. I was trying it out to see how it would work. I had to make a HTML signature file with it in. I can help you do this if you are interested. If anyone finds an easier way to do this - let me know. Its pretty cool, eh! > Hey Tink, where did you get that cool little graphic that shows your weight loss? So neat. Kim G.
