Guest guest Posted May 21, 2004 Report Share Posted May 21, 2004 HI Michel The diet is basically what everyone would call a healthy diet, ie lots of fruit n veg n cereals (eg oats, brown flour products), not much sugar, not much fat, and not too much salt, n lots of water.
