Guest guest
Yes Rogene i do this all the time, it does give a little light relief for a while. I think i have just learnt to live with it now. I go to see a rheumatologist on the 8th June i am going to ask him some questions about it. Guest guest
Dianne, Rheumatologists are usually the last to understand what is going on with us . . .so if you he tells you to see a psychiatrist, know you're not alone! . . Somehow, someway, they got a black eye in the early nineties . . . Now most of them treat us like one would a snake. I'd suggest NOT brining up breast implants until you're satisifed with your visit . . . Then, when you do, watch our for an attitude change. Women doctors are usually more sympathatic. . . Beware of any doctor who wants to load you up with maintenance medications. Medications often have side effects that make matters worse. . . . Antibiotics and steroids are especially bad because they encourage the growth of fungal organisms. Hugs, Rogene
Guest guest
Rogene, For over 12 months i have seen doctor after doctor who made me think i was mad, i hjave been to counselling for the last year but guess what it has done me no good as i am not depressed and mad just sick i went to see one specific doctor a few months ago who believed my implants were the cause of my illness, he has been very good. I will definately not be mentioning breast implants in the same conversation as i know it falls on deaf ears. I will see how it goes. Thanks for the advice Love Dianne xx --- Rogene S <saxony01@...> wrote: > Dianne, > > Rheumatologists are usually the last to understand > what is going on with us . . .so if you he tells you > to see a psychiatrist, know you're not alone! . . > Somehow, someway, they got a black eye in the early > nineties . . . Guest guest
Dianne, Any woman who is sick from breast implants, and is met with indifference from the medical professions, is entitled to feel depressed. If you were feeling great about it all, you'd have a screw loose! When you find a doctor who understands, you've struck gold! . . . What does this doctor recommend? Guest guest
Rogene, Exactly, on the bad days i cry because i feel anger and frustration as i feel i have been let down and lied to like so many of us do. My doctor is very understanding and sympathetic and has recommended tests and scans for now. Also to detox and have a good diet. Guest guest
Dianne, Generally speaking, tests don't show much . . . and can scare you to death. The tests that show the problems are seldom offered. . . One test that is telling is the level of ionized platinum you have, your MSH level, a Visual Contrast Sensitivity test (shows the presence of biotoxins), and a silicone hypersensitivity test. . . Tests for adrenal and thyroid functioning can be telling. Some tests, like Magnesium, or Cortisol levels, can't be done with a single blood test. With Magnesium, one takes a given amount of Magnesium one day, then a 24 hour urine collection shows how much is passed . . . Cortisol is done throughout the day through with samples. Many of the conditions that tests show gradually disappear after implants are removed . . . What tests can do is seriously damage the chances of getting medical insurance in the future. . . I'd suggest getting those implants out and giving your body a chance to heal before taking test results (or lack thereof) seriously. Guest guest
Rogene My implants are out, i had them removed in March this year after finding this group. I am still having syptoms even though my implants were removed en bloc with full capsulectomy. I dont feel as bad as i did when the implants were in, i have good and bad days. Thanks Dianne x --- Rogene S <saxony01@...> wrote: > Dianne, > > Generally speaking, tests don't show much . . . > and can scare you to death. > > The tests that show the problems are seldom > offered. . . Guest guest
Great Dianne! . .. I'm sorry, I can't keep up with who has done what! . . . You're in the stage where your body is trying to undo the damage caused by implants and toxins. . . Time to concentrate on how to get toxins out of your body and how to put the right nutrients into your body it needs to heal. When you see your doctor, you may want to get tested for various vitamin/mineral/hormone levels. Hugs, Rogene

Guest guest
Dianne, Calcium and Magnesium are very, very important . . . I don't know how your supplement is forumlated, so I really can't answer. . . It's important to take a formula that the body will asssimilate rather than waste. . . . Not all brands of vitamins/minerals are equal. You should be able to handle 1500 mg of Calcium, 750 mg Magnesium, plus Vitamin D without a problem. . . . These minerals are very important for many reasons . . . Dr. Mansmann, www.magnesiumresearchlab.com has lots of info . . .
